President:
Talmadge Blake has over 40 years experience in the construction business. Talmadge is the leader of the Blake Earthworks’ team and plays a crucial role in day to day activities. He has experience with projects ranging from major state highway projects to multi-million dollar residential and commercial projects. From management to execution, he has experience in almost every phase of the site preparation business. Talmadge has the knowledge and experience to help you reach your goals in a timely and cost effective manner.

Vice President:
Robert Blake has over 15 years experience in the site preparation business. Robert has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Troy University. Robert has worked directly under his father throughout his career to gain important knowledge about the industry. Robert handles the estimating duties as well as on site management and execution. He would be happy to assist you with any questions you may have to make your experience with Blake Earthworks, Inc. a pleasant one.

Secretary:
Fay Blake is the wife of Talmadge Blake and mother of Robert Blake. She handles daily administrative duties for the company. She has over 30 years in administration experience and is an important part of the Blake Earthworks, Inc. team.

Treasurer:
Jill Blake is the wife of Robert Blake. She also handles daily administrative duties with Faye in order to make the office duties run smoothly. Jill has valuable experience in accounting and her dedication makes her vital to the company.

Project Manager:
Ross Bearden has over 8 years experience in the site preparation business. Ross earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Auburn University in 2003. Ross has gained valuable knowledge and experience to make him a vital part of the Blake Earthworks team. He has learned from the ground up with crucial hands on experience of the business. His day to day activities include planning, managing, and execution in order to reach the desired production.

Project Manager:
Michael Holloway has over 25 years of experience in the business. Michael has had valuable hands on experience to make him very knowledgeable about the site preparation industry. Prior to him joining the Blake Earthworks team, Michael was employed with several large companies throughout the southeast which allowed him to gain the experience he has today. He plays an important role in the production goals of Blake Earthworks, Inc.
